2. Features of conical force feeder

3. Basic structure and working principle of conical twin screw force feeder

The conical twin screw feeder is a forced feeding machine for extruder, including the extruder body and the feeding body installed on the feeding port of the extruder body.

A pair of oppositely rotating non-meshing main feeding rotors and secondary feeding rotors are installed in the feeding body;

One side of the feeding body is installed with a driving shaft sprocket that can drive the main feeding rotor and connect with external power equipment.

The other side of the feeding body is equipped with a split gear that drives the secondary feeding rotor to run. By installing a forced feeding body at the feeding port of the extruder,

And through the main feeding rotor and the secondary feeding rotor that rotate in opposite directions without intermeshing, the mixed material is forced into the single (double) screw main machine,

The conical twin-screw is set in the barrel, which is composed of a main conical screw and a secondary conical screw.

A sliding base capable of sliding back and forth is provided on the fixed base, and a motor is provided above the rear of the sliding base.

The motor is connected with the reducer, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with one end of the main shaft of the gearbox through a coupling.

The other end of the main shaft is connected with the main conical screw, and there is a driving gear on the main shaft, the driving gear meshes with the driven gear, and the driven gear is connected with the auxiliary conical screw.

A feeding body is arranged above the barrel.
