Working Principle of the EPS Hot Melting Recycling Machine

The molten surfaces are then pressed together, fused, and solidified into a single dense block or strip. The machine features a robust frame structure and is mainly composed of three plates: the upper platen, lower platen, and heating platen.
The EPS hot melting recycling machine primarily relies on pneumatic control. During operation, foam material is placed into the mold cavity, with the heating plate positioned between the foam layers. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, the EPS foam begins to melt and compress, completing the recycling process.
