EVA is a random copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. EVA can be used to toughen and modify rigid PVC or soft PVC. Rigid PVC/EVA blends can be used to produce plates and profiles, or to produce low-foamed products.

Using EVA in soft PVC can obviously improve the cold resistance of PVC. The embrittlement temperature of the PVC/EVA blend is-70 ℃. In addition, soft PVC/EVA blends also have a good handle. Soft PVC/EVA blends can be used in the production of cold resistant film, sheet, artificial leather, and also used in the production of foaming products.
