The complete polishing unit integrates three core synchronized subsystems:
Precision Feeding & Flow Control Mechanism: Utilizes an extraction plate and adjustable speed control cage to regulate both the granule intake and the precise dosing of polishing wax/agents, ensuring optimal coating ratio.
Dual-Stage Polishing & Waxing Chamber: Features specialized wax-coated rollers and secondary polishing rollers. Granules are evenly coated in the upper roller and refined in the lower roller, resulting in a smooth, high-gloss finish without agglomeration.
Integrated Air Net & Dust Extraction System: Equipped with a heavy-duty exhaust fan (1500 m³/h) and cyclone collector to rapidly cool the granules (stabilizing the surface wax layer) while vacuuming fine ash and micro-powders.
