When restarting, cleaning the screw is time-consuming and laborious. Therefore, we have designed a safety coupling shaft disengagement detection and protection device. By detecting and calculating the current of the host and the speed of the gearbox input shaft, once the shaft is disengaged, the feeder will be stopped immediately to prevent blockage and waste of raw materials.
