Advanced Process Configuration

The production line features a seamless, automated two-stage design to maximize compounding efficiency:

  • High-Efficiency Pre-Stage Kneader: Raw materials and high-percentage fillers are intensively sheared and mixed in the closed chamber of the kneader, achieving optimal micro-dispersion and polymer wetting.

  • Conical Twin-Screw Side Feeder: The hot compounded mass from the kneader drops directly into the conical twin-screw side feeding unit. This unit forces the material uniformly into the single screw extruder, completely eliminating bridging or clogging issues common in traditional feeders.

  • SJ-150 Single Screw Extruder: Featuring an optimized profile for high-filler formulas, the extruder handles steady pressure building, cooling, and extrusion without causing material degradation.

  • New Type Water-Ring Pelletizing System: Equipped with an upgraded water-ring die-face cutter. The precise blade-to-die alignment combined with an optimized water circulation system ensures high-efficiency cooling and perfectly uniform, non-stick granule production.
