  • Ultra-Wide Output Range (1 to 30 kg/h): While a standard 30-size extruder typically operates between 5 to 30 kg/h, we have specially designed this unit to achieve an ultra-low 1 kg/h minimum output for precise micro-testing. This is achieved through a custom-engineered dual main feeder system (a combination of large and small precision feeders), ensuring absolute accuracy even at minimal feed rates.

  • Versatile Side Feeder Integration: The extrusion line is equipped with a dedicated side feeder. This allows researchers and students to seamlessly introduce various powder fillers, glass fibers (GF), and other shear-sensitive additives downstream into the melt, expanding the scope of composite material testing.

  • Conveyor Belt Pelletizing for Water-Sensitive Materials: To maximize experimental flexibility for all types of materials, this line features an air-cooling conveyor belt pelletizing system. For polymers and specialized compounds that cannot be processed through standard water baths, the conveyor belt provides efficient, moisture-free cooling and transport to the pelletizer.
