For a twin-screw extruder, the screw is mainly divided into a feeding section, a melting section, a mixing section, an exhaust section and a homogenizing section. Threaded components mainly include conveying, melting, shearing, material mixing, residence time control and other functions. The threaded elements of the twin-screw extruder are combined in a "building block" manner. In practice, they can be adjusted according to different production needs. Therefore, screw combination is the key to customizing the twin-screw extrusion process.

The plastic extruder pull bar granulation production line can be used for granulation of masterbatch, PE/PP+CaC03 materials, or recycling granulation of LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, PET and other raw materials.

Plastic compounding refers to a process in which various additives and ingredients are mixed or compounded with plastic resins to create a customized material with specific properties. This process allows manufacturers to enhance or modify the characteristics of plastic materials to suit particular applications.

Plastic pelletizing systems are vital in the plastics industry, enabling the efficient production of uniform pellets or granules from various plastic materials, which can be used in a wide range of applications. The choice of system depends on the material, throughput, and quality requirements of the specific production process.

The screw and barrel are key components of plastic extruders and have an important impact on the performance and production efficiency of the extruder. Therefore, the selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes is critical to the performance of screws and barrels.

Care and keeping your compounding extruder in good condition is critical to the performance and longevity of the equipment. A compounding extruder is a key piece of equipment used to mix and process materials such as plastics, and it plays an important role in the production process.

We are familiar with TPE materials as formula materials, which are composed of SEBS, plastics, filling oil, fillers, and other additives. Based on SEBS and other related materials, they all have good processing performance and an important processing process called "granulation". The granulation pro

With the progress of society, the car floor mat industry has become increasingly mature, and the raw materials used have also been concentrated from the original XPE, EVA and other materials to PVC, and TPE materials that have sprung up in recent years.TPV and TPE are the current mainstream material

what are the common problems of extruder?

The difference between twin screw extruder and single screw extruder is mainly reflected in the following two aspects.
